1. Basic Policy on Personal Information

Our company, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, ensures that all employees (including officers) recognize the importance of proper handling of personal information and strive to handle and protect personal information properly.

2. Personal Information Held by Our Company

1) Our company obtains personal information of clients (including tenants, occupants, joint guarantors, family members of occupants, cohabitants, applicants for real estate purchase, buyers, property owners, real estate companies (brokerage/management/re-rental), and other rights holders) related to these services.

2) Other personal information related to our clients, such as names, genders, dates of birth, addresses/phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses (including workplaces), SNS information, nationalities, dates of birth, and genders, may also be used.

3) Personal information for identifying clients and usage history collected when connected to these services are also used by our company.

4) Other information such as IP addresses used when clients connect to the Internet, portable device identification information, and other information mechanically acquired when accessing servers are also used by our company.

3. Purposes of Using Personal Information

1) Our company uses personal information for purposes such as fulfilling contracts such as real estate management, brokerage, leasing, buying and selling, construction contracts, providing information and services, and responding to inquiries from clients.

2) When clients use these services as registered members, personal information is used for personal identification at the time of login, and member information is automatically displayed on various screens while logged in.

3) Our company uses personal information for purposes such as introducing properties, notifying application results, credit inquiries to credit information agencies, completing, fulfilling, managing, and providing services such as lease contracts/guarantor contracts/property management contracts/re-rental contracts/brokerage contracts, and providing after-sales services after buying and selling.

4) Our company uses personal information for purposes such as introducing other real estate and services provided by useful partners for clients, as well as surveys, sending products, etc. (including those not subject to contracts).

5) Personal information is used as statistical data that does not identify individuals.

6) Personal information is used to provide services to clients and for other legitimate business activities.

7) Personal information is provided to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use (to achieve the purposes of use in (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), and (6) above).

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Personal information of clients may be provided to the following persons. This usage will be discontinued at the request of the client.

1) Counterparties to contracts (including prospects) for matters entrusted to our company by clients

3) Business participants providing necessary daily services such as guarantee companies, financial institutions, insurance companies, credit information agencies, construction companies, equipment sales companies, and moving companies

4) Designated distribution agencies such as advertisers/organizations

5) When cooperation with government agencies or local governments is necessary, or when cooperation is necessary for the implementation of duties specified by law by persons commissioned by the authorities, if there is a risk of hindrance to these duties, cooperation is obtained from the competent authorities.
